Haya Abdel Karim
My name is Haya Abdel Karim, and I am excited to be part of the MBA community at the DeGroote School of Business.
My professional background began in pharmacy and expanded into aesthetics and medical equipment sales, where I most recently worked as an Area Manager. Working across both healthcare and business environments taught me how to navigate diverse challenges, lead teams, build strong relationships, and make decisions in fast-paced settings.
What excites me most is understanding how strategy, leadership, and people come together to create meaningful impact. That curiosity ultimately led me to pursue an MBA and continue developing the skills needed to lead, innovate, and grow in new environments.
I’m looking forward to learning from the incredible people within the DeGroote community, building strong connections, and contributing to an experience that is both rewarding and memorable.
