Sean Moore
My name is Sean Moore, and I am a committed and engaged DeGroote School of Business MBA Candidate who oversees the finances of the MBA Association. As the Finance Director, I oversee budgeting, funding decisions, and financial reporting. In this role, I help ensure student clubs and events are well-resourced, aligned with the MBAA’s goals, and able to deliver a high-quality student experience. I also support budget tracking and year-end reporting to maintain transparency and accountability across all MBAA initiatives.
Outside of the MBA, I’m a social person and always open to new connections. I love learning and try to approach life with a growth mindset. When I can find the time, I’m usually reading a book. Some personal favorites include Think and Grow Rich, Never Split the Difference, The Alchemist, and The Richest Man in Babylon. If books aren’t your thing, I’m also interested in sports (more specifically the NFL), movies, TV shows, travel, fitness, cooking, finance, and I’m always on the lookout for good coffee and pastries.
I’m excited to make the most of the MBA experience by creating lasting memories, building friendships, and embracing all the challenges or excitement that the MBA has to offer.
